1. The Service
SoonSlot helps a business offer a canceled appointment or newly available time to an approved group, book the first eligible person who accepts, stop the other offers, and report the result. Available solutions, integrations, and controls depend on the selected plan and connected services.
2. Accounts and Authority
You must have authority to install SoonSlot, connect the client location, choose the calendar and source group, and approve the outreach rules. An agency remains responsible for its client relationship, staff access, retail offer, and instructions to Moosh Works.
3. Approved Use
- Use SoonSlot only for legitimate business openings and people the business may contact.
- Do not load the whole CRM into an outreach group or use SoonSlot for cold calls, bulk campaigns, or deceptive offers.
- Follow consent, do-not-disturb, quiet-hour, AI notice, call-recording, healthcare, and other rules that apply to each location.
- Do not use SoonSlot to make up discounts, credits, eligibility, or appointment details.
- Do not try to defeat booking locks, provider limits, security controls, or Marketplace rules.
4. Booking and Staff Review
Calendar availability can change while an offer is in progress. You must test the connected calendar, booking rules, simultaneous acceptances, booking failures, stop requests, and staff handoff before live use. Keep a staff path for questions and exceptions. SoonSlot does not guarantee that an offered time remains available or that every accepted offer can be booked.
5. Plans, Trials, and Billing
The Free Agency Sandbox includes 1 client location and 1 solution with SoonSlot branding. Starter is $29 per location per month, Pro is $79 per location per month, Agency is $149 per month for 5 locations, and Agency Plus is $299 per month for 20 locations. Extra Agency and Agency Plus locations are $19 per month.
Annual prices are 10 times the monthly price. Every paid plan includes a 14-day full-feature trial. Founding Agency is $99 per month or $990 per year for 5 locations and remains at that price while the subscription stays active. If that subscription ends or payment lapses, the founding price may no longer be available.
SoonSlot has no per-fill fee. Successful-fill events remain available for analytics and reporting. Current plan, renewal, payment, cancellation, refund, and tax details shown by the Marketplace or an approved order control when they conflict with a general page.
6. Third-Party Costs and Services
HighLevel, telephony, phone numbers, call minutes, SMS, AI, payment, calendar, and other third-party use are separate from the SoonSlot subscription. Those providers set their own prices, limits, availability, and terms. Changes or outages in a connected service may change or stop SoonSlot behavior.
7. Data and Privacy
The Moosh Works Privacy Policy explains how Moosh Works handles information. You must limit access and shared data to what the cancellation workflow needs. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, identity documents, or sensitive health information through support email.
8. Suspension and Ending Use
Moosh Works may limit or suspend SoonSlot when an account violates these terms, creates a safety or abuse risk, has a failed payment, or needs to be stopped to protect customers or the service. You may stop using SoonSlot by pausing the workflows and uninstalling the app. Removing the app does not cancel charges from HighLevel or another provider.
9. Results and Availability
SoonSlot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Moosh Works does not promise uninterrupted service, a filled appointment, collected revenue, profit, a response rate, or error-free booking. Reports may include estimates and must keep booked value, money collected, direct costs, and modeled lift separate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moosh Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill, appointment value, or business opportunity arising from SoonSlot. Any total liability tied to SoonSlot will not exceed the amount paid for SoonSlot during the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
11. Changes
Moosh Works may update SoonSlot or these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
