1. Who these terms cover
Moosh Works operates mooshworks.com and the Growth workspace at growth.mooshworks.com. Growth is an agency brand of Moosh Works, not a separate company. These terms apply when you visit the website, create or use a Growth account, or ask Moosh Works for support.
Product-specific terms control when they conflict with this page. That includes the Workflow Audit Terms, Capacity Leak Audit Terms, and SoonSlot Terms. A written proposal or order controls the scope, price, and timing of consulting or custom work.
2. Accounts
You must have authority to use the email address you sign in with, including Sign in with Google. Keep passwords and recovery methods under your control. You are responsible for activity on accounts you own or administer, including access you grant to staff or contractors.

3. Acceptable use
- Use the site and Growth workspace only for lawful business purposes you are authorized to carry out.
- Do not attempt to break authentication, copy other people’s data, or interfere with the service.
- Do not send malware, spam, or deceptive messages through any connected inbox, form, or campaign.
- Do not upload passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive records the work does not require.
4. Third-party services
The website and Growth workspace rely on connected providers for login, hosting, email, calendars, payments, messaging, and related functions. Those providers have their own terms, availability, and prices. An outage or policy change there can change or pause part of the workspace.
5. Privacy

6. Results and availability
The website and Growth workspace are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Moosh Works does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular ranking, booked revenue, or that a third-party login or integration will always succeed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moosh Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the website or a Growth account. Any total liability tied to the website or Growth workspace will not exceed the amount paid to Moosh Works for that workspace during the 3 months before the event that caused the claim, or $100 if no such amount was paid.
8. Changes
Moosh Works may update the website, the Growth workspace, or these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
