1. Who Provides the Audit
Moosh Works provides the Capacity Leak Audit. These terms cover the free diagnostic requested through the Capacity Leak Audit form. They do not replace the separate terms for a paid Workflow Audit, proof trial, software subscription, implementation, or other service.
2. What the Free Audit Covers
The audit reviews one client business and one type of perishable capacity, such as appointments, provider time, classes, crews, or service bays. Moosh Works may review 30–90 days of aggregate operating information to estimate where capacity went unused, whether eligible demand appears to exist, and whether a recovery proof is worth testing.
Moosh Works may decline or limit a request when the source information is incomplete, the agency cannot confirm permission to share it, the business lacks a legitimate demand pool, or the proposed use would create an unsafe or unlawful outreach risk.
3. Information You Provide
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to request the audit for the named agency and client business. Use aggregate or de-identified operating information whenever possible.
Do not submit patient or customer records, protected health information, contact lists, message content, passwords, API keys, payment-card data, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. If a later review needs non-public client information, Moosh Works will first agree on a separate, limited transfer method and scope.
4. Estimates & Attribution
Audit results are preliminary estimates based on the information supplied. Unused booked value is not automatically lost revenue, and a filled opening is not automatically incremental revenue. Any report should keep recovered booked value, expected collected value, collected value, contribution, and modeled incremental value separate.
Moosh Works does not guarantee that capacity can be recovered or that an audit, trial, or implementation will produce revenue, profit, savings, bookings, or another business result.
5. No Implementation or Outreach
The free audit does not authorize Moosh Works to change a client system, import contacts, activate a workflow, send a message, place a call, book an appointment, or contact a client’s customers. Any proof trial or implementation requires a separate written scope, approved access, consent rules, safety checks, and commercial terms.
6. Follow-Up
Moosh Works may use the work email supplied with the request to confirm the source data, ask questions, deliver or review the audit, and discuss an optional next step. Submitting a request does not require you to buy a product or service.
7. Privacy & Retention
The Moosh Works Privacy Policy explains how form and audit information is collected, used, stored, shared with service providers, retained, and deleted. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing non-public business information, contact Moosh Works before sending that information.
8. Advice Boundaries
The Capacity Leak Audit is an operating and technology diagnostic. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, compliance, or security-certification advice. You remain responsible for decisions about client data, consent, customer communications, incentives, scheduling, and regulated activities.
